The waterfall is called Múlafossur and falls at Gásadalur. It forms a central vertical element, contrasting with the layered geology of the surrounding cliffs. The small settlement positioned above the drop reinforces the scale of the landscape and its exposed position within the North Atlantic environment. The subdued colour palette reflects typical Faroe conditions, where cloud cover diffuses light and allows surface detail to come through without strong contrast.
