Artwork Returns

We pride our company on printing high quality wall art and ensuring it is packaged sufficiently for delivery. However, as with all businesses, sometimes things can go wrong. It is very rare but if you need to return a canvas, acrylic or poster print to us please email us at info@fotoviva.co.uk to get the ball rolling.

Please state the reason for returning the artwork and if the item is damaged we would appreciate some photographs attached to your email. In rare instances they can get damaged in transit.

Please keep the original packaging if possible as this will be ideal for sending the print back to us.
