Artwork Returns

We pride our company on printing high quality wall art and ensuring it is packaged sufficiently for delivery. However, as with all businesses, sometimes things can go wrong. It is very rare but if you need to return a canvas, acrylic or framed print to us please email us at info@fotoviva.co.uk within 30 days.

Please include your order number and state the reason for returning the artwork. If the item is damaged please include photographs of the print and the packaging attached to your email. In rare instances they can get damaged in transit.

The item must be unused, in its original package, and in the same condition as it was delivered. You are responsible for the cost of returning any item to us. We recommend using a recorded delivery method to ensure it reaches us.

We cannot accept returns for custom orders such as non-standard sizes unless the item is defective, in which case we will print a new one once the return has been sent through.
