The chili pepper is the fruit of the plant Capsicum species from the nightshade family, Solanaceae. The term chili refers exclusively to the smaller, hot types of capsicum. Chili peppers originate in the Americas but are now grown around the world because of their use as spices or vegetables in cuisine, and as medicine. This contemporary art print is available in all print finishes and in bespoke sizes to suit your home walls. Photography by Peter Paterson.
