We are very pleased to announce a new member to the Fotoviva Team with photographer and digital artist Ann Garrett. Bringing a collection of high-quality photography to the gallery, Ann also includes a unique range of digital art.
Ann likes to be creative with her photography and processing work which fits in perfectly with the wall art we have on offer. She introduces what she terms ‘Fractal Art’ which are digital creations using software that enables her to generate and craft unique imagery.
When approaching her work Ann likes to fuse photography and digital art together, being more of an adventurer than a purist. Creativity is what Fotoviva represents so her ideas work well and are great for printing as canvas prints or acrylic art. She is a Canon fan and utilises a wide range of software and other equipment to help her push the boundaries and produce such astounding artwork.
Ann says “I see magic all around me – especially in the natural world, forests in particular. I don’t often find the magic I remember when I look at the photographs the camera records – Photoshop gives me the tools to recreate the magic I remember. I would love to paint – but I seem to have more skill with a graphics tablet. I have always loved art – Monet and Turner, in particular, I find inspirational”.
We are excited about representing Ann in our image collection and we’re sure her work will go on to be very popular with our customers who are looking for exciting and unusual wall art for their interior designs. Here is a selection of Ann’s work we currently offer at Fotoviva Art Prints…
