Photographic Print Returns
We are confident that any canvas or poster you buy from Fotoviva Art Prints will be of a quality that you will be more than happy with. We take great care to ensure our prints are made to the highest standards and all post photography processing is made using professional techniques to maintain the optimum image excellence.
If for some reason you are not completely happy with your purchase we are happy to refund you provided the print is returned to us in the original packaging and condition within 7 days. No questions asked.
For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service for posting the art print or canvas back to us. We will provide you with the address when you contact us. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the items to us unless we delivered the item to you in error, or if the item is damaged or defective.
This returns policy does not apply to custom-made sizes of poster art and canvas pictures or overseas orders. |
