Doug is an entirely self-taught photographer based in Nottinghamshire. He also writes about photography, is published in photography magazines and conducts workshops to help others develop their skills. He has recently started giving lectures and presentations to photographic societies around the country.

You can see his work on greetings cards and publications world-wide. His dog, Stan, is usually with him by the tripod at dawn and dusk and occasionally becomes unintentional foreground ‘interest’!
